Behavior Attributes: Mindset, Attitude, and Communication.
Culture Pillars: Inclusion, Empathy, Vulnerability, Trust, Empowerment, and Forgiveness.
These scores collectively contribute to a High Performing Team score, which is a direct measurement of an organization's cultural health.
The application collects data through surveys administered to employees. These surveys contain questions designed to assess individual actions, manager actions, and team actions related to each of the behavior attributes and culture pillars. Each question is typically rated on a scale, and the responses are used to generate scores for each attribute. The surveys are designed to be anonymous.
